Its function is to provide a quick and effective diagnosis of the geometry of front and rear axles of the vehicle.
This piece of equipment is made up by a platform that slides sideward in order to carry out the measurement.
The test consists of driving the vehicle making the wheels on the left side step on the platform. The values registered by the equipment are sent to the computer.
On the screen deviation values for each axle are shown in m/km (meters by kilometers) Positive(+) means a convergent axle and negative (-) means a divergent axle, while zero (0) means it is aligned.
Thus, we can generate an exact measurement to determine whether alignment of the vehicle is necessary or not.
